I forgot my password.
On the login page, click the "Forgot password" link and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at info@buildcalcstudio.com.
How do I report a bug?
You can report a bug by emailing us at info@buildcalcstudio.com with a description of the issue, the steps you took, and any screenshots if possible. You can also use the in-app Feedback page to submit a bug report directly.
How do I request a feature?
We'd love to hear your ideas. Send your feature requests to info@buildcalcstudio.com or use the in-app Feedback page and select "Feature Request" as the feedback type.
How do subscriptions work?
BuildCalc Studio offers a free trial so you can explore the platform before subscribing. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I export estimates?
Open the project you'd like to export, then go to the Export Estimates page. You can choose between a professional quote PDF or a material breakdown PDF. Follow the prompts to configure and download your document.
